Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy offers relief from many stress induced behaviours and habits such as smoking, weight loss, appetite control, depression and insomnia just to name a few.
A correctly induced hypnotic trance state produces the sensation of timeless feeling similar to daydreaming. In this state one can reach the deeper reaches of the mind without judgment or emotion. Hypnotic trance allows the conscious mind to let go of stress and learned behaviours and responses to particular events and happenings allowing desired behavioural changes to occur.
Generally people don't go into a biological sleep during trance. More often it is a non critical highly focussed state of conscious mind relaxation. Nobody will go deeper into a trance than they allow them self to go.
Hypnotherapy is about skilfully applying techniques that access the subconscious mind and enabling a conscious alteration of habitual and patterned negative beliefs.
Hypnotherapy sessions can vary from one session to a few depending on the clients' response. Most sessions take approximately one hour.
